Trump Alleges Kamala Harris’ Rally Crowd Was ‘Fake’ & AI-Generated

Former President Trump said that the crowd at Kamala Harris’s rally in Michigan was fake and made by AI, but photos, videos, and news reports show that there was a real, big gathering.

Donald Trump said that the crowd that gathered to see Vice President Kamala Harris arrive at a Michigan airport for a campaign rally was fake. He said that her campaign used AI to hide the fact that no one was there, but pictures, videos, and accounts of the event show that this was not true.

Last week, when Harris arrived at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport, Trump said there was “nobody there” and that she “CHEATED at the airport.” He shared an image of supporters greeting her plane that he said was fake and repeated a claim that has been going around on social media for days.

There is no proof that the picture Trump shared was changed: The Harris campaign told news source that the picture was taken at the gathering by a campaign worker and wasn’t changed with AI. The campaign also said in a tweet that it is a real picture.

Photos, videos, and accounts from independent news outlets all show that Trump’s claim that no one was at Harris’ event is also false: At least one local news station and the Associated Press said that about 15,000 people came to the gathering, which took place in an airport hangar.

A lot of news sites, like the Detroit News, Getty Images, the Detroit Free Press, the AP, and MLive, have shared photos or galleries from the rally on Wednesday that show a lot of people supporting Harris and her running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz.

Video Evidence Contradicts Trump’s Allegations

C-SPAN, NBC News, and PBS all recorded and streamed video of Harris and Walz arriving at the gathering and getting off the plane in front of a cheering crowd. The video shows them from different angles.

Trump said Harris had faked crowds at other rallies without any proof and falsely accused her of meddling in the race. And the same thing happens with her fake “crowds” when she speaks, Trump said in a social media post. She shouldn’t be able to run because making a fake picture is interfering with the election. Persons who do that will always cheat.
