Salesforce, Nvidia Join Forces to Drive AI Agent Innovation Forward
Nvidia and Salesforce are working together to improve business tools that use AI. By combining their systems, they can make AI more predictive, improve interactions with customers, and speed up the processing of data.
The companies Salesforce and NVIDIA have agreed to work together to improve AI in businesses, mainly in the areas of self-driving bots and interactive avatars.
With this agreement, NVIDIA’s AI platform—which has fast computing and AI software—will work with Salesforce’s Platform and Agentforce. They want to improve predictive and generative AI processes by working together. Because of this, Agentforce workers will give sales, service, marketing, and IT teams that use Salesforce CRM for their customer data useful insights and make them more productive.
Salesforce thinks that billions of its Agentforce Agents will be used in the coming years, giving customers and employees new ways to interact with the Salesforce Platform.
The partnership will not only improve AI, but it will also speed up processing in Salesforce Data Cloud, which combines and aligns real-time organized and unstructured customer data. Data Cloud has a tool called “Zero Copy” that lets Salesforce customers quickly and easily get to their business data. Agentforce can then get this data and use it to analyze it and get useful insights.
Together, NVIDIA ACE, a set of digital human technologies, and NIM microservices, along with Salesforce’s Agentforce, will help form the future of AI agent avatars. Multi-modal AI models will be used for speech recognition, text-to-speech conversion, and contextual visual responses. This will make the exchanges between these AI-powered avatars more interesting and human-like.
NVIDIA will also provide advanced digital human features that companies can use through ready-to-use Agentforce agent experiences and NVIDIA NIM Agent Blueprints. This will make it easier for companies to build and launch agents quickly.
