OpenAI Partners with KDB to Accelerate South Korea’s AI Ecosystem Growth

OpenAI collaborates with the Korea Development Bank to accelerate South Korea’s AI growth, foster innovation, and advance the country’s AI ecosystem.

OpenAI, based in the US, and the Korea Development Bank (KDB), based in South Korea, signed an agreement on Tuesday to help the growth of South Korea’s artificial intelligence (AI) ecosystem.

This is the first MOU that OpenAI has signed in South Korea. The two businesses want to help the country’s AI industry grow and generate new ideas.

OpenAI and KDB have agreed to support AI startups and improve Korean language performance to boost the Korean AI ecosystem.

Together, they will create AI models that perform well in Korean and explore the possibility of constructing data centers in South Korea.
